Ladies Trail Night | QCRC HGT

A Night for the Gals! This group run will serve as an intro to Trail Running for beginners and a fun run for the experienced! Never run on trails before? This is a great opportunity to learn how to do it safely! Prior to the run, we will go over the basics of trail running and break into groups as we will provide a few different distances - 3 mile & 5 mile groups.

Meet us at the Maasto Hiihto Trailhead for some miles and camaraderie! QCRC will provide post run refreshments and giveaways for those who attend!
